Wednesday, January 11th 2012

Today, Silverstone produces HTPC cases across four different lines, including the “mainstream” Grandia line. Mounting hardware included the usual assortment of boxed base capabilities and drive screws, including a set of special bolts for mounting 3.5 “hard drive in the 5.25″ bracket. There were also some Nice touches in the hardware. First up was an adapter for converting internal USB 3.0 to USB 2.0, while ensuring that the front mounted USB 3.0 not go wasted with older motherboard. Then he set rates to be connected to the power supply to vibration. And then, of course, was the key.

Grandia GD06 is to be flexible enough to House almost every type of system you want to place in it. Maxing out in the case of hard drives and graphics cards games class and implementing the system in a cabinet (as many of us are won’t with our components perfect experience home cinema), are simply requesting dangerous overheating problems. Grandia GD06 uses positive design powered by three 120 mm fans included going around in case we see that the focus of the ventilation system is to draw cooler air in from the front page of the passive system towards half of the matter.

This in itself has opened up a whole new sector market HTPC in the past, which was usually a HTPC machine a low-power, who played in the video content of actual demand for the system. However, modern HTPC calls for more streamlining content in high definition. There will be a budget in the same House with graphics cut the mustard. Graphics are being called for and the problem with most projects HTPC that can only handle connectors Low profile.  At the lower end of the scale there is a list of $ 109 before shipping and climbing after inclusion of the other side of things in close to $ 170. Going back to our normal e-tailer, I could Find Grandia GD06 at Newegg.com for $ 129.99. It’s going to require an additional $ 20 for a vessel of the body, but even if you close the price $ 150 I believe SilverStone offers quite a bit of bang for your Dollar.
